Milk Label is committed to environmental responsibility and we have chosen to use minimal packaging where possible. Our products will arrive within a 100% home compostable garment bag- no boxes, no wrapping, no excess waste. 

Milk Label is shipped from Ballina, NSW Australia. We aim to send all orders within 1 business days of purchase and orders received before midday may be eligible for same-day fulfilment. During sales periods, order delays may occur due to high volume.

Shipping within Australia is $7.95 standard post, $9.95 express post and free for orders over $200 via Australia Post (excluding during sale periods). 

Expected delivery times are 1-5 business days within Australia and 7-30 business days internationally, although this may vary depending on the season and international delivery delays out of Milk Label's control. 

For international orders, order price is inclusive of the taxes and duties set by the destination country.

You will receive notification of your order confirmation and shipping via email. Once your purchase is complete, you cannot change your shipping address. Milk Label is not responsible for items confirmed "delivered". In the event of a lost package, the customer is responsible for investigating lost packages with the postal service.
