Milk Label is shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

We aim to send all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Shipping within Australia is $10 standard post, $15 express post and free standard shipping for orders over $100 via Australia Post. 

Shipping internationally is $20 AUD standard and $35 AUD express excluding taxes and duties set by the destination country. Note: Duties and taxes applied by customs are the responsibility of the recipient. We will accept returns minus the original shipping costs for refusal to pay duties and taxes.

Expected delivery times are 1-5 business days within Australia and 7-14 business days internationally. 

You will receive notification of your order confirmation and shipping via email. Once your purchase is complete, you cannot change your shipping address. Milk Label is not responsible for items confirmed "delivered". In the event of a lost package, the customer is responsible for investigating lost packages with the postal service.

Milk Label is committed to environmental responsibility and we have chosen to use minimal packaging where possible. Our products will arrive within a 100% home compostable garment bag- no boxes, no wrapping, no excess waste.
