Milk Label will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Bras must be unworn and in their original condition with the tags attached, including proof of purchase.

We offer refunds or exchanges on full priced items only. Returns will be processed upon receipt and the original payment method will be refunded (excluding shipping fees) pending approval by our Customer Care team hello@itsmilklabel.com.

All discounted/ sale purchases are final. 

We are unable to accept the return of garments that have been worn or soiled and Milk Label reserves the right to refuse a refund if the garments do not meet the aforementioned condition. 

Milk Label is not liable for lost packaging when processing returns. We recommend purchasing package tracking upon sending your items back.
