Returns & Exchanges

Milk Label will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods. Return postage costs are incurred by the customer and the return must be received by the warehouse within this 30 day period. 

We offer refunds or exchanges on full priced items only. Returns will be processed upon receipt and the original payment method will be refunded (excluding shipping fees) pending approval by our Customer Care team. For return requests, email returns@itsmilklabel.com.

Sale items are Final Sale. We will accept returns to store credit only. There are no refunds on discounted items. If you require a size exchange on sale items, the return shipping and processing costs will be forwarded on to you at a rate of $10 per order.

Bras must be unworn and in their original condition with the tags attached, including proof of purchase.

For sanitary reasons all underwear sales are final, unless there is a fault, in which case we will send out a replacement immediately free of charge. 

We do not offer refunds on Gift Cards purchased.

We are unable to accept the return of garments that have been worn or soiled and Milk Label reserves the right to refuse a refund if the garments do not meet the aforementioned condition. 

Milk Label is not liable for lost packaging when processing returns. We recommend purchasing package tracking upon sending your items back.
