Is the Milk Bra completely leakproof?
 
Our patented leakproof bras feature waterproof, antibacterial interlining that will not float or fold over during wear, providing you comfort and support when you need it most. 

Which bra is best for early breastfeeding? 
Our Milk Bralettes are designed for light to moderate leakage and are best suited for daytime wear for mothers experiencing minimal letdown. 

Our Essential Milk Bras have a thicker absorbent interlining and are designed to hold more milk. We recommend this style early postpartum, if you have a strong letdown or oversupply and for overnight. 

If you are going through more than 4 disposable or washable breast pads per day, we recommend pairing your leakproof milk bras with milk catching products until your supply settles down, as all products including leakproof bras can become inundated eventually which will compromise the effectiveness.

How much milk can be absorbed?

We know that leakage volume may vary depending on your stage of nursing, let-down flow and milk supply which is why we have chosen fabric that can absorb milk 20 times faster than most other fabrics. Our leakproof interlining is a global leader in absorbent fibre technology and we have chosen the maximum absorbency available for apparel.

In the early nursing weeks you may need more regular changes if your bra feels saturated. Swap to a fresh bra to look after your breasts or consider milk catching products if you experience a strong letdown or oversupply. 

How long can I wear my bra before washing?
